Owen Sound Events maintains a strict no refund policy. Once payment has been made for an event, tickets, or any related services, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Non-Transferable Tickets

All purchases are final, and tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the event terms.

Event Cancellations or Changes

In the unlikely event that Owen Sound Events cancels or reschedules an event, we will provide alternative solutions, such as rescheduled dates or credit for future events, at our discretion. However, refunds will not be provided.
